About Charles:

I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to California, where I spent most of my life, before relocating to Arizona in 2001. For over 9 years, I worked in the financial aid industry for the University of Phoenix and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Although my background is rooted in finance, I transitioned into the commercial and residential pressure washing and window cleaning business in 2024. This change was sparked by my own experiences during the economic downturn, when I saw the need to maintain and improve properties—both for myself and others facing similar challenges.

Charles W. Parker is the CEO/Founder of AZ Shine Works, LLC. AZ Clean Solutions, LLC offers exceptional commercial and residential pressure washing and window cleaning services, helping customers elevate the appearance and value of their properties one project at a time.
