Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and credit cards payments.

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $50 which is taken from your $50 initial deposit when setting an appointment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Access: You must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area (e.g., clearing obstacles, securing pets).Condition Disclosure: Inform us of any known issues (e.g., damaged windows or pavers) that may affect our work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not caused by our services.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Results: We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., removal of all stains) due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or material condition.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Shineworks LLC’s liability for any claim related to our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
